Battery Issues
Reason for continuous alarms after power outage:
Our device consumes a lot of power, and the battery life is very short. A brand new battery only lasts about 1-2 hours. A low battery will cause the device to constantly power on and off, making a beeping sound. So you need to replace the battery or use an adapter; otherwise, the beeping sound will continue.
The function of the battery on the display:
Since our devices lack data storage capabilities, the app cannot retrieve data generated during power outages. The battery's function is to ensure the device operates normally during power failures.
Definition of wind speed
The wind speed displayed is the average wind speed over a 15-minute period.
If there's no wind, GUST should display 0. If there's wind, GUST will immediately display it.

Differences in temperature and humidity from other thermodynamics
Connect to the neighbor's weather station
We apologize for the problem. It is true that two weather stations can cascade in close proximity to each other. It's unavoidable at this point. You can try the following methods.
1. Distance a little bit from the neighbor's outdoor unit.
2. reconnect the local outdoor unit and stagger the transmission signal from the neighbor's outdoor unit.
The temperature and humidity data are different from those of other thermometers and hygrometers
Outdoor readings only show when the sun is up./ Transmitter batteries drain so fast that they only last 2-3 weeks a month.
Please check if the battery cells are dirty or oxidized. If so, please clean them and reinstall the battery to see if it works. Or you can change new batteries.
If it still doesn't work, there should be a short circuit in it. Please contact us by email and send us your order screenshot with purchase order number. And we will provide warranty for you after confirmation.
Incorrect wind direction indication
We apologize that the wind direction cannot be calibrated and adjusted, only by following the instructions below you can install the wind vane and set up the display correctly.
The wind direction on the display is the direction the wind is coming from.

If your weather station is in the northern hemisphere, please follow the steps below to check the outdoor transmitter.
Step 1: There is a "S" icon at the bottom of wind vane that faces South, as shown in the pic below. Check the wind directions with compass and align this "S" icon in the direction of South.
Step 2: Please follow the steps below to confirm that the location in the indoor display is set to the Northern Hemisphere.
Please follow the steps below to check the display.
1) While in Normal Mode, press and hold the SET key for at least three seconds to enter the Set Mode. The 12/24 hour format will flash.
2) Please press SET repeatedly until "NOR" or "SOU" is displayed in the time display.
3) Please press the SNOOZE key to exit the setting mode. Also please make sure that wind vane is free to move so that it can accurately measure the wind direction.

Discussion: The rain collector is calibrated at the factory based on the funnel diameter. The bucket tips every 0.01” of rain (referred to as resolution). The accumulated rainfall can be compared to a sight glass rain gauge with an aperture of at least 4”.
Note: that debris and insects can collect inside the tipping mechanism (they make a good spiders nest). Carefully remove the funnel and inspect the tipping mechanism for debris prior to calibration.
