Sainlogic Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering equal to or more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)Once the returned item arrives back in Sainlogic’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Product Condition Requirements

  • Products with visible wear, damage, or signs of use, as well as free gifts, are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging

Note: Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.

Shipping and Refund Terms

  • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality-related returns, Sainlogic will only refund the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Note: Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have exceeded the 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Sainlogic’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

Customers are encouraged to contact Sainlogic Customer Support before initiating a return to confirm whether a return is the best option for their solution.

Return Process

Once the returned item arrives at Sainlogic's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

To initiate a return, you will need to submit a return request. Please have your order number and the email address used for the purchase ready. You can start your return here.

If you have a Sainlogic account, you can manage returns directly through your order history. Guests who do not have an order number can register for an account using the email address associated with the purchase. This allows you to access your order history and manage returns.

Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order by yourself if the order has not already entered the shipping phase.
If you are unable to cancel directly, please contact us at info@sainlogic.com.

Note: Orders that have already entered the shipping phase cannot be canceled.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

EXCEPTIONS

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee to expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired 30-day-return guarantee. For purchases not made directly through Sainlogic's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

  • Secondary return or exchange is not supported
